Service Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Wedding Laurels provides professional wedding photography and videography services as outlined in your service contract.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding date. Late payments may result in service cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the wedding date will receive a full refund minus a $200 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 90 days before the wedding date forfeit the deposit.

Delivery Timeline

Sneak peek images will be delivered within 48 hours. Complete photo galleries will be delivered within 4-6 weeks. Wedding films will be delivered within 8-12 weeks.

Copyright and Usage

Wedding Laurels retains copyright to all images and videos. Clients receive a license for personal use. Commercial use requires written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect service delivery.
